It’s been awhile …. but we have (some) progress!
The legal team is still working on our legal case and are pleased to inform you that all legal documents for our 6 test cases have been presented to the tax court. The tax authorities did the same, so the next step is an oral hearing for all 6 cases. The legal team requested the tax court in a formal letter to schedule the hearings (one per case) on short notice. Please note that short notice at the tax court means within several months. As soon as hearing have been scheduled we will inform you and keep you posted.
