UENL Disclaimer. This Objection Letter is provided as a community resource with the goal to facilitate on ongoing legal action. This Objection Letter has been determined to be the necessary course of action as recommended by UENL’s litigation team, Taxperience. The use of this letter is an individual decision. It is up to every community member to assess his or her own legal position and decide whether sending this Objection Letter is in his or her own best legal interest. In order to download the Objection Letter, UENL Stichting requires that you agree with and acknowledge the following:
1. This Objection Letter is not and shall not be construed to be an admission of liability or an admission of the truth of any fact on the part of United Expat of the Netherlands Stichting
2. This Objection Letter is made available to assist every community member in taking the next required legal step. However, when and how to use it is entirely the responsibility of the affected community member.
